Complete the registration form on your computer, then send the completed form as an attached file to aztesolconferenceinfo@yahoo.com.
3.
Print a copy of the completed form and send it, with your check for
conference fees (made payable to AZ-TESOL), to AZ-TESOL, PO Box 881, Yuma, AZ 85366.
